Luxury authentication lives in the details. Each designer has distinct characteristics, and our specialists are trained to recognize these markers through careful examination and expert handling.
What We Look For
Overall Condition
Each piece is carefully evaluated for wear and presentation. We focus on items in pristine to excellent condition only. The condition is clearly described so you know exactly what to expect.
Signs of Wear
From exterior details to interior finishes, every item is inspected for imperfections or damage. Any findings are disclosed, though most of our pre-luved pieces remain in excellent condition, many close to new.
Craftsmanship Standards
We inspect every element of each piece to ensure that its details meet with the manufacturers established standards of quality in the following categories: stamping, stitching, hardware, authenticity stamps, date codes, serial numbers (where applicable), materials and craftsmanship.
Our Promise
We stand by our authenticators and the authenticity of each item we sell. Furthermore, third-party authenticators are added to this process to review pieces when deems fit. We offer a lifetime return policy should any item we sell prove to be non-authentic.
