Welcome to the LUV LUXE Ambassador Program. By joining and participating in this program, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Ambassador Tiers & Commission Structure

Our program rewards performance and dedication. Ambassadors are placed into tiers based on their audience size and referred sales volume.

Tier 1: Ambassadors

Commission: 5% commission
Tools: Custom Referral Code/Affiliate Link.

Tier 2: Content Creators (Unlocked after $25,000 in referred sales)

Commission: 10% commission
Perks: Early access to inventory
Requirements: Must meet monthly content minimums to maintain Tier 2 status

Tier 3: VIP Stylists & Influencers (Unlocked after $150,000 in referred sales)

Invite Only Commission: 12% commission
Perks: Highest-performing partners receive exclusive event invitations and for co-branded collections or styling edits.

Monthly Bonuses & Ambassador Benefits

• Cash Bonuses: Varies depending on current promotions.
• Annual Handbag Credit: Awarded to our top-performing program ambassadors annually.
• Exclusive Events: Special event invitations reserved for top-performing partners.

2. Payout Details & Tracking

All financial transactions covered by these terms are processed in USD.

• Attribution Window: 30 days. We use a "Last Click" attribution model, allowing credit for sales generated from clicks within 30 days of the purchase.
• Stand Down Policy: LUV LUXE enforces a stand-down policy providing partners a better opportunity to maintain their status as the conversion "winner."
• Tracking Restrictions: LUV LUXE does not allow media partners to fire their own tracking pixels when the consumer action is completed.

Payout Schedule

To account for returns and processing, LUV LUXE issues payouts on the 1st of every month.

• Minimum Threshold: You must have at least $100 in approved earnings to trigger a payout.
• Rollover: If your balance is below $100, your earnings will automatically roll over to the next month until the minimum threshold is met.

3. General Program Rules & Restrictions

Failure to comply with the following policies may result in reversed commissions, removal from the program, and permanent bans.

Self-Referred Sales

LUV LUXE does not allow self-referred sales. Any ambassador caught using their own affiliate links or codes for personal purchases will have the commission reversed and may be suspended from the program.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Policy

• Protected Keywords: You are strictly prohibited from bidding on "LUV LUXE", "luvluxe.com", "www.luvluxe.com", or any misspellings or derivatives.
• Trademark + Bidding: We do not allow trademark+ bidding. This includes search terms such as “LUV LUXE promo code”, “LUV LUXE coupon”, or any variation thereof.
• Prohibited Display URLs: Affiliates are prohibited from using our display URL (luvluxe.com or www.luvluxe.com) in any ad on any network. Direct linking is strictly prohibited.
• Penalties: Any publisher found violating our search policy will have all sales associated with this practice reversed and commissions set to zero.

Toolbar Policy

If your website or software utilizes a toolbar, you must notify LUV LUXE prior to use. Toolbars must adhere to the following:

• Must stand down when recognizing any other publisher links.
• Must not automatically drop cookies or overwrite other publishers' cookies.
• Must not repeatedly ask the user to "click here to earn points."
• The opt-in sign cannot be larger than the opt-out sign.
• Must easily install and uninstall without significantly changing the end user's browsing experience.

4. Coupon & Promotional Guidelines

If you promote coupon codes, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

• You may ONLY advertise coupon codes specifically provided to you through the LUV LUXE Ambassador Program.
• You may NOT advertise codes obtained from our non-affiliate marketing channels (e.g., promotional emails, paid search, or site-wide banners).
• Coupons must be displayed in their entirety, including the full offer, valid expiration date, and the code itself.
• You may NOT use any technology that covers up the coupon code and requires a click to reveal it.
• Posting "workarounds" to bypass coupon requirements (e.g., explaining how to reuse a "first-time customer only" code) will result in immediate removal.
• You may NOT give the appearance that a universal, ongoing offer requires clicking your link to redeem (e.g., if LUV LUXE offers standard free shipping over $100, you cannot present this as an exclusive affiliate deal).

5. FTC Disclosure Requirements

Transparency is mandatory. You must include a disclosure statement on any page, blog, or social media post where LUV LUXE affiliate links are posted as an endorsement or review.

• Visibility: Disclosures must be clear, concise, and placed "above the fold." Scrolling should not be necessary to find the disclosure.
• Prohibited Formats: Pop-up, hover state, button, or "link-in-bio only" disclosures are insufficient and prohibited. Do not bury disclosures in a “Terms of Use” or “About Us” page.
• Medium Match: Disclosures must be made in the same medium as the claim (e.g., spoken in a video, written in text). This applies to all social media, even when space is restricted (like X/Twitter).
• Free Products: If you received a product for free from LUV LUXE for review, this must be explicitly stated.

6. Reversal & Communication Policy

LUV LUXE reserves the right to reverse orders due to order cancellations, duplicate tracking, returns, disputed charges, and program violations. The maximum reversal percentage governed by LUV LUXE is 100%.

If we contact you requesting clarification on orders or clicks suspected of violating these terms, you are expected to respond honestly and promptly. Your commissions may be set to 0% or your account suspended if:

1. You are not forthcoming, are intentionally vague, or misrepresent the truth.
2. You are unresponsive within a reasonable timeframe after multiple attempts to contact you.
3. You cannot validate or substantiate the source of your traffic with clear, demonstrable proof.

While we understand some violations may stem from automated processes, it is the ambassador's responsibility to maintain checks and balances to proactively adhere to our rules.

7. Modifications & Terminations

• Change Notification Period: LUV LUXE reserves the right to update, modify, or cancel these Terms and Conditions. We will provide 1 day notification to media partners regarding any changes to this agreement. Continued participation in the program after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
