Luv Luxe Chargeback & Fraud Policy

At Luv Luxe, we take fraud and false transaction disputes very seriously. All purchases made through Luv Luxe are processed with multiple layers of security verification, including payment authorization, transaction confirmation, and shipping verification where applicable. By completing a purchase with Luv Luxe, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms. If a customer attempts to dispute or charge back a valid and completed transaction, Luv Luxe reserves the right to pursue the matter to the highest extent permitted by law. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Submitting full transaction evidence to the issuing bank and payment processor
• Reporting fraudulent disputes to the appropriate financial institutions
• Banning the customer from all future purchases with Luv Luxe
• Pursuing civil recovery, collections, or legal action for fraudulent claims, associated fees, and damages
