This notice explains how information is handled in the Luv Luxe Buyout app. 

It covers the app separately from purchases made through our online store.

Information handled by the app
Depending on the transaction, our team may enter customer names, contact details, addresses, item descriptions, prices, payment-method selections, associate names, agreements, signatures, and front and back ID photos.
We use this information to prepare and manage buyout transactions, maintain customer records, and retrieve supporting documents.

Storage and sharing
The app’s local workflow saves records on the device where it is used. Using the same Apple Account on multiple devices does not automatically synchronize these records.
When staff use local device synchronization, records can be transferred to connected devices. Staff may also export, print, or share documents and backups. Copies shared outside the app are handled by the selected destination or service.
Microsoft cloud sign-in and synchronization are not configured for this release. Local use does not require a Microsoft account.
Device backups may contain app data, depending on the device’s backup settings. Apple’s services are subject to Apple’s privacy practices.

Device permissions
Camera and photo access support capturing or selecting ID images. Local-network access supports device-to-device synchronization.
Permissions can be managed in the device’s Settings.

Records and privacy requests
Luv Luxe manages the records used for its business transactions. Removing a record from one location may not remove previously exported, printed, shared, or backed-up copies.

Support
If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send. Please do not send ID images, signed contracts, passwords, or unnecessary customer details by email.

TestFlight testing
When the app is installed through TestFlight, Apple may collect crash reports, usage information, and feedback and share testing information with the developer under Apple’s TestFlight privacy practices.

Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when the app’s information-handling practices change.
