• Your device model and app version.
• A short description of the problem.
• Any error message you see.

If you include a screenshot, hide customer information first. Do not email ID photos, signed contracts, passwords, or sensitive customer details.

If you cannot open the app or find a saved record, contact support before deleting or reinstalling it. Deleting the app may remove records stored only on that device.
